Planning and Booking with DFM Photography

1. Consultation with DFM (Consultations in Lawrence, please.) Client retains DFM with deposit check.
   
2. 8 weeks prior to ceremony - Client signs and returns contract to DFM Photography
   
3. Client's shot-list is completed. (DFM is available for consultation)
   
4. DFM schedules additional meetings, as necessary
   
5. DFM attends the rehearsal

Wedding Photography Before the Ceremony

1. 8 weeks prior to ceremony - Client and DFM make appointment for the engagement photography, if applicable.
   
2. DFM arrives at least one hour prior to scheduled photography to set up camera equipment, etc
   
3. Pre-ceremony photography begins
   1. Typically, Formal shots of Bride, first....Groom, second.
   2. Shots of Wedding Party, as per package and shot-list.
   3. Shots of Wedding Party and family members, as per package and shot-list.
      
4. DFM stops formal or posed photography at least 1/2 hour prior to ceremony
   
5. DFM begins candid or journalist coverage .

Wedding Photography After the Ceremony

1. As requested, according to wedding package and shot-list
   1. Receiving line.
   2. Limousine, etc.
   3. etc.
      
      
2. As requested, according to wedding package and shot-list
   1. DFM shoots reception.
   2. DFM distributes Log-In information for online ordering.

Wedding Photography Proofs, Online Ordering, and Albums

1. Online Proofs available for 90 days (See wedding package definitions for specifics)
   1. Within approximately 2-3 weeks of wedding, DFM uploads proofs to Web site.
   2. DFM e-mails Bride and Groom the URL/Password and forwards to families and quests, if requested.
   3. Bride and Groom e-mail their album preferences directly to DFM. Bride and Groom do not order through the Web site .
   4. Families and Guests place reprint orders via the Web site.
      
      
2. Proof Books (see package definition for style and quantities)
   1. DFM chooses top 100 or 150 images for proof book.
   2. Client receives proof book within 3-4 weeks.
      
      
3. Reprints for Bride and Groom Album.
   1. Within 3 months of receiving their proofboof(s), Bride and Groom e-mail their album preferences directly to DFM. Bride and Groom do not order through the Web site .
   2. If Bride and Groom do not send their image and/or size preference for their album within 3 months, DFM Photography reserves the right to produce the album with images choosen by the photographer (David McKinney). This is to discourage clients from delaying the production of the album by submitting their choices late. Late submission creates logical problems for DFM Photography, especially during the peak of the wedding season.
   3. Note: Depending upon the wedding package defintion, the cost of the images for album(s) is included in the package.
      
      
4. Reprints for Guests
   1. Log-in to Web site. Which one you log-in to depends upon the wedding package and/or prior arrangement.
   2. Order at least $25.00 worth of reprints, please.
   3. Make the secure online payment.
   4. DFM will process your reprint order and mail it to you within 4 weeks or receipt of payment. Why the wait? I always give priority to the reprints for the Bride and Groom. And, orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
      
      
5. Additional Reprints for Bride and Groom (50% discount on additional reprints, within the first 90 days).
   1. Bride and Groom e-mail their album preferences directly to DFM. Bride and Groom do not order through the Web site .
      
      
6. Reprints for Bridesmaids and Groomsmen (20% rebate on reprint orders)
   1. Log-in to the Web site
   2. Order at least $25.00 worth of reprints, please.
   3. Make the secure online payment
   4. Expect delivery within 4 weeks
   5. Rebate will be mailed with the reprints
